Can't see that this "story" is anything other than we expected is it?

We sure this is the same dark knight? Only 4 posts to his name. Not saying he isn't legit, but at the same time it is quite easy for anyone to come on here and say anything they want.

Charity Auction - Signed Coventry Ball

Considering it's a CCFC football you know how the auction will go don't you. "Do I have a starting bid of £5?" Bidder 1: £5. Bidder 2: £3! Bidder 3: £2.50! Bidder 4: £2! Bidder 5: 75p etc. etc. In the end you the auction house manager have to pay someone to take the ball. Good luck...

If we lose tomorrow we are relegated...

No,you don't win games by simply playing football, but that wasn't my point. Maybe I wasn't clear. What I was trying to put across is all that we've heard this season is that the football is better and that we are passing the ball about and that because of this the perception with many is that...

If we lose tomorrow we are relegated...

By the same token though you don't get points for playing pretty football and the goal difference thing will only count for anything if we are up on the same points as those teams in the bottom 3.

    Joe Elliott

Aren't Brighton, Peterborough and Southampton playing with a load of League One players too?

    Andy Thorn's Wimbledon days....

Unfortunately you are not going to get that from David Bell and Gary McSheffrey and I dare say Sammy Clingan, Chris Hussey and Martin Cranie too. Players who embody that spirit are James McPake, Richard Wood, Jukebox and Richard Keogh and .... errr ...... errr .... We don't have enough of them...

Hmmmm ....:thinking about: where have I heard that before.

    After we've played Millwall...........

I am guessing at Millwall - 1 point Southampton -1 point West Ham - 0 points Brighton - 1 point Cardiff - 0 points Pompy - 1 point Hull - 3 points That would be excellent with only 2 defeats, but would still leave us with just 7 points from 7 games and that would probably have us sinking to...

    After we've played Millwall...........

Agreed. Totally agree. People say we were unlucky against Palace and unlucky against Reading. Not true. We couldn't hang on against Palace so I don't see how that was unlucky and Juke blazed a penalty way over the bar against Reading. Again not unlucky, just a poor shot from the striker...

Of course he is going to say that. He can't say much else really can he. Bet he's gone in Jan.

    We're really a mid-table side

    It was men against boys.

If we lose tomorrow we are relegated...

As I've said I was delighted with a draw on Saturday and will be delighted with a draw tomorrow and then again on Saturday. Won't do our league position much good, but I will still see them as all positive results. 2 draws and a defeat would look quite bleak for us in terms of that most likely...

    We're really a mid-table side

We're Really A Mid Table Side - Thorn Thorn feel's City's league position is wrong Coventry City manager Andy Thorn believes that the Sky Blues are really a mid-table side. Speaking to the CT's Alan Poole, prior to the 1-1 draw at Doncaster, Thorn said: "I think bar a couple of games...

    FAO - Dark Knight, Snozzer

I can see you having a heart attack before Christmas at this rate. :D My guessing is that if it is ticking along behind the scenes it could roll on for 3 or 4 months before we hear anything. Does that possibility make your blood pressure rise a little?

Some very positive news on the City front

Some very positive news on the City front

Personally, I would give Jonson and Clarke a go but leave Harris on the bench. Anyone else spot that Wycombe fielded a 15 year old in their team yesterday. He scored too! Wycombe 1 - 2 Sheffield Wed Page last updated at 17:44 GMT, Saturday, 29 October 2011 18:44 UK Wycombe's...

Doomed ? Not on your nelly

Well, I for one am trying to focus on the one big positive and that is of course kids from the academy getting a chance in the first team. Always get excited when a fresh face appears in the hope that they could be some hidden gem.
