    Cva

Les Reid ‏@Lesreidpolitics 2m BREAKING: Crucial #CCFC creditors meeting ended around 2pm after 3hrs. Media black-out. Adminstrator to make statement

    Cva

Appleton is currently investigating things such as movement of assets pre admin. He has to report back to whoever by September, I think. When Ainsworth suggested Appleton should be prepared to step aside or (words to that effect), was he implying, that if CVA is rejected, then thats Appleton's...

    Cva

The worry is that SISU are being investigated by Appleton

    CVA not agreed

Think that this is what ACL are banking on. Hoping that any investigation will prove SISU are not fit and proper. This will take ages, in the meantime, how long can SISU bankroll us at Sixfields before they cut their losses. There is of course the Judicial review, which may be SISU's trump card...

Ann Lucas plea to Joy Seppala

Kinda saying, we wish to protect it from SISU. LOL

    CVA not agreed

Agree. One thing for certain, is that signing the CVA will mean no return to the Ricoh. Who knows what will happen if CVA not signed.

    Regardless of 'ownership'!

Agree with this post, but still not convinced that SISU will build a new stadium. Neither will they tie themselves to a lease having just gone thru all this BS to end the current one. They want to bring ACL/CCC to their knee's so that they get ownership of ACL and at least a share of the Ricoh...

What City memories bring a smile to your face?

The Fergie/Wallace years, particularly the season where we finished 7th and scored 75 goals.

    The worst that can happen

IMO, the worst has already happened. CCFC no longer play in the City of Coventry. For many, myself included, CCFC no longer exists until it is returned to the City.

    Liquidation

Good point. The FL believe the whole club is in admin, that's why we got docked 10 points Even if we exit admin, we will need to file the accounts to get the embargo lifted, because, this is the reason we have the embargo.

It is possible to support another team or is it?

You and me are both in the same boat. I cannot watch CCFC in the flesh but I do support them financially every year thru purchase of merchandise. (NOPM until return to Ricoh) My main concentration now is Brisbane Broncos and I attend several live games at Suncorp, where the facilities are...

HM Revenue & Customs owed 160k

Surprised that this hasn't been mentioned before. The debt is for a group VAT liability. At the date of the administration in March, there were three other non-connected unsecured creditors, owed small amounts - Coventry City Council (£773 - unpaid Council Tax), HM Revenue and Customs (owed...

SISU holding company to be struck off

Think what will happen if Otium get green light from FL, is that everything from Holdings, SBS&L, etc will get transferred into Otium. Those 2 companies then become inactive whilst Limited will be liquidated.

    ACL CVA Meeting

Do not think ACL will accept CVA. Financially it is worth about 500k to them. If there is a deal on the horizon to sell ACL in full or in part to PH1V anyone else, then what is currently on offer from administrator is not worth worrying about. Rejecting the CVA means that further investigations...

OK so tell me what exactly and realisticly should happen next?

My hope is that PH1V or one of the other bidders are still around and willing to buy a stake in the Ricoh and buy ACL. I also hope that the FA step in and look further into our predicament. We must play in Coventry and the only place at present fit for the purpose is the Ricoh. There is no...

    Well done sky blue trust

Congrats to SBT on a job well done. Also thanks to all the supporters who turned out. We all have differing opinions on whose to blame etc etc, but all agree that CCFC should be playing at the Ricoh.

My latest email to football League

VOR, keep doing what your doing. Also, Ainsworth may well be on to something, so every bit of pressure and persistence with FL is not wasted.

Protest Suggestion For The Trust (125 Anniversary Games)

Sheff Utd v Notts County as some support recently from the Blades. If any of this games are live that would also be a bonus.
