Surprised that this hasn't been mentioned before. The debt is for a group VAT liability.

At the date of the administration in March, there were three other non-connected unsecured creditors, owed small amounts - Coventry City Council (£773 - unpaid Council Tax), HM Revenue and Customs (owed £160,418 for a group VAT liability) and the Alan Higgs Centre Trust (£20,614 for use by the club's youth academy).

It would be interesting to hear from SISU/Fisher how Ltd managed to accrue these VAT liabilities given that they claim Ltd was a non-trading subsidiary. Surely, the existence of this liability is proof that they were lying about the nature of Ltd.

Hang on

TF said that all creditors would be paid in full and that we didnt owe a penny to the tax man

Its almost as if this wasnt true

:thinking about:

Maybe we didnt as the transfer of debt hadnt been finalised. So it was true at the time. How dare you imply that the fine upstanding Mr Fisher is nothing but a lying sack of shit

Im not convinced that TF stating ACL would be paid in full would be true at ANY time.
