He played well until Allen went off imo. The change is shape exposed him a little, alongside the fact that the rest of the team was tiring.

Regardless of whatever the final score will be, we've played well. We'll improve, too. Optimistic about the season off the back of this.

I think all of my fears that we'll be outclassed this season have just been destroyed by a brilliant first half performance. A few slow starts, but I tell you what - we have a proper team here. A proper, proper team.
