Yep they probably really put their foot down and said "for the last time you're not coming in, period."

The chairman of the ladies team has resigned? I bet he felt a right tit.

    Coventry v southampton boycott

Just an idea here and it might not work, but just wondering if Cov Sphinx were playing at home on that day? If so, not only could it be made known that the fans will boycott the cup tie but that they will go elsewhere. May seem very embarrassing to the club for Sky Blues fans to go and support...

This is it in a nutshell. How else can fans protest that will have any effect?

Time to focus on the other end of the pitch

Don't understand your logic. The whole point is to attack so we aren't on the defence and then there's a chance that we aren't conceding 2+ goals per game. We are conceding 2+ goals a game because we are playing deep and then giving the ball away. How do you know we don't have a good attack...

Time to focus on the other end of the pitch

But we don't have a good defence do we and being at the bottom of the league can only increase the nervousness amongst the back four.

Good lad, Brinner. :D Everyone needs to stand firm though. If the gate revenue was practically zero then that has to be a concern to the board. Really need to spread the word. Contacting the CT would be a good idea too. Use Twitter and Facebook and get in touch with the local radio stations.

Black is shit! He has 0% win rate after losing today. That's a terrible record.

    Footy League Show

To be fair they could play any of the library post match footage they have on him from previous games.

Time to focus on the other end of the pitch

It would be entertaining at least even if we do still get beaten every week.

    What can we do?

Well agree, just think that as we have no money it would have to be Carsley. Only other thing I think they could do is to bring the likes of Bobby Gould and John Sillett to come in help out in whatever way they can.

    What can we do?

Said before, I would promote Carsley. Get him working alongside Thorn. The bloke needs all the help he can get.
  17. Otis

Should Andy Thorn now be replaced? Yes or No please.

Well, as daft as it sounds, we could really do with that honeymoon period right now. Even if it is just for 5 or 6 games. :(
  18. Otis

Should Andy Thorn now be replaced? Yes or No please.

No, it is. I have always backed the bloke and I want him to do well. I have also always been for stability and not the merry-go-round of constantly changing. I think a manager needs time to build. Observing though I have very, very serious doubts about AT's ability and he's made some dreadful...
  19. Otis

    What can we do?

Errrr.... neither was Andy Thorn. The point was he was saying we couldn't afford anyone. We couldn't afford anyone before, so we promoted Thorn. We can't afford anyone now so can promote Carsley. Think you are just being too literal and you know you are. ;)

Time to focus on the other end of the pitch

Yep. AT keeps talking about us not getting trounced. A lot of this is down to the fact that we retain the ball for long periods with our possession football. It's not hurting anyone though. If we change to a more attacking formation and do end up losing a few games by 3 or 4 goals we can...
