    Keogh's attitude

Yep, focused on that too. He wasn't going to give up until he rectified that mistake and the determination was exactly what we needed. That must really help spur on his teammates. The crowd certainly appreciated it.

    Fat Freddie!

There was a lot of booing. About 50/50 I would say. Well from the Tesco stand anyway.

lanky gunnarson and a younger marlon king

Funnily enough, when Herman went to take the long throw in the second half I shouted out "Come on Gunnar, make it a long one!!"

    Juke going a potential godsend?

With Juke our shape was all over the place as he would be drifting out to the wings and leaving us bereft in the middle. Platt holds the line. We could do with another in the same mold.

:thinking about: Maybe a promotion push is still on!

    Fat Freddie!

Couldn't believe it when I heard it. Booing a player in a city shirt before he even gets a touch of the ball on the field is totally insane.

    I agree with Ian

and I never thought I'd hear myself say that ..... we should go with 3 up front for away games. We need points on our travels and being behind the points we are behind, losing by one goal or 3 isn't going to make that much difference. We have scored just 6 goals in 13 away games. This has to...

Who's been slating them then? Haven't noticed much grief at all about them on here myself. Some people questioned their arrival, but that is fine of course and is in no way slating anyone. Maybe I missed something?

    Juke going a potential godsend?

Really rate the bloke but what we had with him was what we had with Clinton Morrison, and that is him being all over the pitch, on the wings, chasing the ball and not being where we want him to be half the time, namely in and around the box. What you get with Platt is a more rigid structure of...

Didn't thing Clingon was that good today.

    Now we just need Hale

To go with the pace we've just acquired. Been screaming out for it all season long and now we've finally got it and look at how many more options that give us.

Cov - Boro on TV 21/01/12

Don't you know? After all you said it was "myp2p" site. Surely if you don't know then no-one else will.

Amongst the doom and gloom 2 new players arrive

Nice to see to fresh faces for a change. Well one fresh face and one really craggy, wrinkly one.

Well travelled striker Marcus Bent currently on trial at Coventry City.

I would really like this board to get Bent.

No wonder this club is becoming a joke on and off the pitch when...

Agree with that. I have always said that if Thorn goes it will Carsley stepping up to the plate. Best scenario for me would be for an older, wiser head to come in and work alongside Thorn.

No wonder this club is becoming a joke on and off the pitch when...

Thing that's getting up people's noses on here I think is the constant statement that no-one could do any better than Thorn. Fine to think no-one can do any better, but to categorically come out and state it like it is some kind of fact is just plain daft. Truth is, none of us know for sure...

You are a traitor if you buy a season ticket next year!

But it has to be an anonymous source. The person stated categorically that they didn't want to be quoted on a message board or a football forum. You think I should betray that promise? It wasn't the Coventry Telegraph.
