I would say it's the club's problem. You say that the Council are not acting independantly of who they are dealing with? That they would favour dealing with Hoffman and Elliott? Wouldn't that be corruption?

I completely agree. But something baffles me - Mr. Mutton is pointing to sisu threatning to put the club in liquidation. Where does he have that information from? Has he been directly informed by sisu or is he relying on Keys tweet ('Now I hear SISU want to put the club into liquidation to...

They said they had secured funding till the end of this season ... that's not the same as saying they won't secure funding for the coming seasons.

Well, there may actually be reasons why sisu would bypass administration and go straight to liquidation ... I am NOT saying that they will, only there could be reasons to do it. It would only happen though if the club has run out of money and sisu's funds have no surplus (or desire) to invest...

You are probably right - I haven't questioned sisu's actions very often. But I have tried to explain their actions to the best of my ability.
