Think he's wedded to the idea of keeping some of the old players in key positions still. I get why he does it, but we're a sixth of the way through the season now and arguably it shouldn't be needed.

Ayari has been adequate, but doesn't put in the hard yards yet. He'll come good, but needs to up his work rate a bit.
