I think you may only be half right. It is true that in the short term the club will not gain any cash dividend but surely owning 50% of the lease should mean that any money paid in rent half of it contribute to the asset value. So a bit like putting 50% into a savings account. OSB may shoot...

I don't think they have actually agreed anything but headlines. That means they have agreed on what is sold, at what price, on what conditions and within what timeframe. They may also have agreed a new rent, size of escrow pool and how to handle the outstanding rent payments. So from that sisu...

We have not bought anything yet. Headlines about acquiring of Higgs 50% shares of ACL have been agreed, but there's a long way to go before it actually materialize. The club doesn't have the money to buy the shares, so sisu will have to find the funds.
