In your original post you highlighted the word Prooved and put in brackets that it was said. They may have said it, but that is not proof of anything other that they said it. They didn't show paperwork, the files at company house doesn't show it. We have no proof.

I think so - and as a professionel auditor yourself I was hoping you could think of some explanations. Was some of the debts written off by creditors but with a clause that it would be repaid in full if the club got promoted to PL? Would that serve as an explanation?

They can only do something if the truth is out there. As sisu is involved there are no truth to be found (according to many) so they will be on an impossible mission.

The administrator appears to be a highly skilled accountant and auditor. He will be able to follow the paper trail. It will surely take time and cost a fortune, but in the end he will be able to reveal what is up and down.

I am not saying much about that - I am waiting for official announcements from FL/FA and the administrator before I make a judgement. Until then it's all speculation, spin and myths.

Hedge funds are usually only paid a success fee. Something like 1-2% of the profit made. The fee is usually paid by the funds - not the company owned by the funds. There have in previous financial reports been no indication that sisu have taken any fee from the club or the group.

No, it's not enough that somebody says something. The club may have filed correctly but a clerical error happened. The administrator have to check all possibilities.
