how long do you think ccfc will be financially viable for otium/sisu?

Actually I don't know that. If they can't have ACL, then their next best move surely is building a new stadium. - It won't require sisu to come up with another £20m (if that's the cost), as much would be financed by mortgages and selling leases to businesses in and around the stadium. - It...

how long do you think ccfc will be financially viable for otium/sisu?

Moving to the Ricoh without owning it or at least the stadium operation (ACL) restricted the clubs economical situation so much that it really haven't been able to at the same time live within means and field a competitive team. Up till Ranson left the club was focusing on fielding a competitive...

As you probably know we can't seem to agree on much - including the wedding date.

You have it wrong mixing current situation with the future potential. The plan is to increase income streams to be able to live within means.

I can't marry NW, I am already engaged to Valiant15.

how long do you think ccfc will be financially viable for otium/sisu?

While ccfc limited is not liquidated and there is still a small chance sisu and CCc/Higgs can work out a long term solution, it would be reckless and stupid to finalize a purchase of a building site. With no building site all Fisher has to show is the model of the Rotherham design that the new...

how long do you think ccfc will be financially viable for otium/sisu?

I think you will find that NW lives on planet Earth, and to answer your question the weather is just fine. You are mixing present circumstances with future potential. The club has since deciding to build and move to Ricoh lived beyond its means. Had the club moved to the Ricoh owning ACL it...

how long do you think ccfc will be financially viable for otium/sisu?

I meant to say 15% to 25% but was distracted by the wife telling me something (I have already forgotten). We should also mention that a hedge fund performance fee can be based on a formular where they get nothing if the performance is on par with the average stock return for the sector and then...

how long do you think ccfc will be financially viable for otium/sisu?

You mean 'who are their investors'? Well, it could actually be you - if you have a pension plan or have money in a bank. Most pension funds distribute their investments over a wide range of sectors and investment vehicles. - even hedge funds managed by companies like sisu. Also most banks have...

how long do you think ccfc will be financially viable for otium/sisu?

I can't prove it ... I rely on OSB58 and skyblusquirrel, the forums two number cruncher. Their investigations have found sisu have injected between £20m and £30m up till 2012. As for the much quoted management fee's there's no evidence they have anything to do with sisu retrieving some of the...

how long do you think ccfc will be financially viable for otium/sisu?

Two things. You said in a previous post that failing to comply with FFP regulation will result in points deduction ... I think it's transfer embargo. In the post I quote you say only 60% of equity increase counts in the FFP calculation ... I believe (happy to be corrected) that it is 100%, but...

how long do you think ccfc will be financially viable for otium/sisu?

Yes, the FFP regulations are poorly written. There are two easy options to offset low income: 1) Fund the clubs losses through equity increase ... issueing new shares. 2) Convert loans to equity. When Otium file new accounts we should be able to see if they have taken that route.

how long do you think ccfc will be financially viable for otium/sisu?

Is that a 'debt-pit'? Is that how you think sisu dumps debt on the club? Let me get that straight. First they pump in between £20m and £30m. Then they take out a couple of milions in directors salary. Nope. Don't get it.

Oh, then can you explain how it works and how sisu are making money out of it?

how long do you think ccfc will be financially viable for otium/sisu?

Could you please explain that theory for me ... slowly and in layman terms, so I can understand how it's done and how sisu are making money on it?

how long do you think ccfc will be financially viable for otium/sisu?

I don't think the lack of income is too much of a concern for sisu. Their exit require they can sell up to regain their investments. They will either build a stadium or acquire ACL - and as ACL are protected against sisu by CCc, Higgs and many ccfc fans, sisu will have to build a stadium of...

The story of highfield road now on youtube

Fireman tells about the fire in 68: During the fire one of the members of staff did came up and asked if any of the cups had been destroyed. We said 'No, the fire hasn't reached the kitchen'.

Coventry city football club should play in Coventry!

Leave ACL alone ... just ignore them. It's ACL's owners who decide the future - CCc and Higgs. Put equal pressure on them and sisu.

    Franchise - Relocation

Everyone? They seem to get on fine with the FL. And with Northampton. So not everyone ... just ACL and former directors and board members.

SISU handing tickets out to Northampton Fans :-/

Yeah, I would do that in his shoes (to give the impression the boycut is breaking up) ... but just not now. It's too early and not believable. At this point in time I would give away tickets for the three reasons I gave in the earlier post - most important make sure the tickets were bought by...
