Have you even considered that sisu stuck to the plan they agreed with CCC and Higgs? That it may be an outside influence that made the reps from CCC run away from the plan? Knowing what you know now - wouldn't it have been best for all parties if they had all stuck to the plan?

It was Higgs who asked sisu for a deal outside the overall plan. They had been offered $5.5m and had accepted that amount within the overall plan. Sisu offered £2m for a deal outside the overall plan as the risks were higher.
