£61m of debt wiped out in latest CCFC accounts

It's not really relevant. Sisu is calling the shots. That's all we need to know.

£61m of debt wiped out in latest CCFC accounts

The loans to ARVO went up from £4,9m to £8,2m = £3,3m. In addition interests £1,4m was added to the loan, not paid out.

And finally - no management charges. (I wasn't expecting any as it was a financial instrument used to distribute cost while SBS&L, CCFC ltd and CCFC H were sharing the same bank account.) So nothing to suggest a single penny is leaving the club going into the pockets of sisu.

Another observation: I can't find any cost relating to the litigation. If any related cost is paid by either SBS&L or Otium it's hidden within other items.

It didn't - well not in terms of cash. It seems the net cost - in cash - was around £3.3m. Also remember some cost of administration and buy-out is included.

£61m of debt wiped out in latest CCFC accounts

Just one question: What amount of investment did the owner of Leicester make over three years to take them to the PL? Was it £130m?

From TF himself: Please read the following message to Coventry City supporters on the latest sets of accounts... Tim Fisher, Chairman of Coventry City Football Club The club’s accounts have been filed on time and I have absolutely no doubt that when our supporters see the headline figures they...

£61m of debt wiped out in latest CCFC accounts

Still a huge debt - but the debt is only worth anything if paid back. As it is owned by the shareholders and not by an external bank (or council), there's no risk of the loans being recalled. You can't say from the balance sheet and P/L statement alone if a new stadium is more or less feasible...

Council Accused Of 'Absurd' Ricoh Secrecy

There may be more important questions - that doesn't mean this one shouldn't be asked. And the question may not even be important for the club as it won't change the past, but I think it is important for the democracy and the way the local government is run. Who are the serving and what are...

Council Accused Of 'Absurd' Ricoh Secrecy

Reeves and Martin ... Nah - I'd better not go there. But Wasps produced a loss of £4m last year. It seems more and more certain that their marriage with ACL will end in disaster.

Sisu doing everything on the cheap!

We just need to hide the fans. Oh, I forgot - we are already hiding.

Mowbray, is he the right man ?

When I heard that yesterday I was quite surprised. Contrary to what was said by many, this is not a cheap option - probably the most expensive in fact as TM was in a much stronger negotiating position than anybody who sent in applications.

Plans for Premier 'B' to enter J.P.T.

If they do this I hope the rules prevent using foreign players.

Mowbray set to be announced shortly

Does it matter? What would he change after one day? I think the team for tomorrow will in any case be picked by McFarlane. The new manager will only be a passenger for the first game.

    Accounts

Yeah, I am hoping to get my diploma from OSB's online course this term. And I have to admit I am one of the twats who spam the finance threads - will try to keep it down this year. Honestly!

    Accounts

So it's second time in succession the accounts have been filed on time. Well, that at least show some stabilization. But as I said in another thread 'I can't see any reason why they wouldn't be on time'. Previously when they were filed late - and in one case never filed at all - there was a...

    Accounts

I bet you would just love to do their audits :-) But it's been like this for 5 years now. What is really frustrating is that no account is directly comparable to that of previous years. Every year something major has changed. Relegation - rent strike - administration - Sixfields ... and next...
