    Grudges

As i said before, i really like Newcastle as a city and their people too. it's just that one surburb of Sunderland that lets them down so badly. Funnily enough though, I worked with half a dozen Sunderland fans through the late 70's, 80's and 90's and they never, ever once mentioned that...

    Grudges

I am pretty sure I heard some Sunderland fan hasn't spoken to his wife since she burnt his toast in 1953 and another one is filing for divorce because his wife didn't leave the toilet seat up for him 1989. Grudges should always be kept. They are healthy and make the world a more rich and...

    The ref tonight

Not sure whether it would have changed the game or not, but very early on he booked a Millwall defender for constantly climbing all over Clive Platt and manhandling him with arms all over the place etc. Trouble was, after the ref booked the player the fouling just continued to happen...

    Sunderland visiting 'support'

I have to say that hand on heart, I believe City fans on the whole would be decent enough human beings to not still be bitter about something that happened 35 years ago. Wonder if them lot are still pissed off with Hadrian building that wall up there. :thinking about:

    Fair play to Thorn

Not sure Sisu even knew we were playing tonight!!

    Oh well !!!

Walsall is our one and only true local derby. After that it's Notts County

    Oh well !!!

Leshtur won't be getting 6 points off us next season. It will be Walsall.

    Fair play to Thorn

The management and back room team should walk out. Stick some buffoon from the board in the dugout for the last 2 games.

    Fair play to Thorn

Glad he has spoken out. We all know he was dealt a very bad hand indeed.

    Fair play to Thorn

Thinly (or not too thinly) veiled digs at Sisu and the board.

2 things let us down tonight

it wasn't that bad a save to be fair, but McSheffrey hit it at the wrong height. Norwood blazed one over the bar and Cody blazed a couple over the bar and Cligan blazed at least one over the bar.

So Keys/Hoff .... Time to be honest...

    Talks still ongoing.

2 things let us down tonight

    1. The shooting was very very poor (too many shots blazed over the bar) 2. The crossing was worse.

City v Millwall - BBC preview

I'm sure we could put him out with multiple blankets.

Joe Murphy says we need a monor miracle to stay up

I do think it's wrong for him to be talking about minor miracles. Tough yes, but these two games coming up are winnable. Think he would have more of a point if we had to play Reading, Southampton and West Ham in our last 3 games. Millwall and Donny are winnable.

City v Millwall - BBC preview

Coventry defender Cyrus Christie has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee ligament injury sustained in the 1-1 draw at Burnley. Nathan Cameron, Richard Wood, Hermann Hreidarsson and Carl Baker also miss out. Striker Darius Henderson could return to the Millwall squad after...

Throw more kids on to join the kids that are already on you mean? :D

Anyone else NOT nervous about tonight?

It's an amazing situation though isn't it. Bristol win and we lose and that's it for us. We win and Bristol lose and it's down to one single point and very much on for survival. No doubt the reality will be somewhere in the middle and we'll be left hanging on.

Thanks Mr. Einstein. What you doing on a football forum? Shouldn't you be doing something with quantum physics? :D
