I got the heart and courage thing, but didn't realise he was actaully trying to recreate the Wizard of Oz! Albeit with zombies. :claping hands:
Brown's latest blog:
We all survived. Steven is a finer Steven than before: despite a week of negative Twitter speculation reported disingenuously...
It would also help differentiate between Man City and ourselves.
Don't think anyone else has a sky blue striped kit do they? Be nice to have something unique for a change.
Just had a quick look at Man City's kit history and they have never really had stripes for the past 100 years.
Following on from the favourite kit thread, it got me thinking whether or not fans preferred plain sky blue or sky blue with stripes (either dark blue or white as worn before).
So, simple question, if we the fans had our say would we go for plain or stripes?
Stripes for me. Think our best...
Yep, agree.
I know they were lower league, but we won and our away form ain't that bad and like you say it's our home form that is.
I think it right and proper for the manager to look at all angles and all possibilities.
The passing that first 20 mins was atrocious to say the least!
Were Dagenham and York not away games then? I'm confused.
It's 4 wins out of 10 away. What difference does it make if it is a cup or league game? We are talking about whether we play better away or not!
Our away form isn't shite.
Won away at Dagenham and York in the cup. In the league, won 2, drawn 2, lost 4.
So in total, 10 games, won 4, drawn 2, lost 4.
That's not shite. That's not bad at all.
Put this up on another thread. City kits since our inception.
Which are your favourites out of all these kits?

I like ........
1898-1904 (sky blue and dark blue)
1907-08 (dark blue breast, sky blue sleeves)
1986-87 (cup...
We didn't play with a coloured ball yesterday.
I do feel I am talking to my wife here, cos no-one's listening.
;)
1. The manager said this, not the fans. Feel free to call the manager ridiculous!
2. I am talking about a team playing in one single colour (same colour shirts, same colour...
Do Man U play in a one-coloured kit and in front of a stadium full of empty seats in the same colour as the kit?
Do Man City play in a one-coloured kit and in front of a stadium full of empty seats in the same colour as the kit?
And players do look up. If they don't it's no wonder our passes...
Only from 1962.
We have had sky blue before, but many other kits over the years and no sky blue at all for 40 years between 1922 and 1962.

We are the Sky Blues, but haven't always been. We were the Bantams for an absolute age.
