    Watford!!!!!!!

Funny how you don't care about us yet have 50 posts on our forum. As others have said it's all about location - a lot of Cov fans from Cov & Warks have no opinion on Leicester, the big rivals are seen as other West Mids teams. I live in Leicestershire so have always personally seen Leicester...

    Any word yet

When did they announce this announcement?

    Yes or no... Mr Administrator

Its in CCFC Ltd, not (Holdings) Ltd. The club can argue as much as they want but I don't see any way how they can win this argument

Must we wait until the second week of May to find out?

Erm, the club are saying the the FL share and player contracts, are in the name of CCFC (Holdings) Ltd. The FL share as disclosed on their last annual return submitted in June 2012 states that it is in CCFC Ltd. For this to be moved they have to get permission from the FL and submit this to...

Must we wait until the second week of May to find out?

Pretty much yeah, as the OP said in much more detail i'd say we are deep in the brown stuff whatever the FL and court decides. We have to remember that we are (allegedly) a professional club who is also a limited company, where certain information is available to the public and everything has...

Must we wait until the second week of May to find out?

I'm 99% certain they WILL argue that in court, but all the documentation proves otherwise. CCFC (Holdings) Ltd is CCFC Ltd's parent company, so therefore they are linked. They both have the same ultimate holding co. (Sky Blue Sports & Leisure), both have the same registered office address...

Must we wait until the second week of May to find out?

But the two companies ARE inextricably linked, and the FL did not approve a share transfer or the moving of player registrations....

Must we wait until the second week of May to find out?

The club can argue a toss about where the FL share lies, but it's in CCFC Ltd, not CCFC (Holdings) Ltd. End of. Companies House shows that the FL share is held in company reg. no. 03056875 - CCFC Ltd. The Holdings company reg. no. is 00094305. Any share transfer must be submitted to the FL and...

    Renewing your season ticket?

I'll be honest, the main reason I renewed my home ST this season was so I could still have my away ST. If I had to choose to do one or the other, i'd choose the away games over the home games every time.

    crawley tickets

Yes its true!! I've had one since 2000, this will be the first away game i've not had the tickets sent to me by the club in 13 years, yikes!!

    crawley tickets

I'm an away ST holder and i've not had my tickets come through, so i'll be phoning up in the morning. This is probably a stupid question but does this mean they are just on open sale to everyone as none of us can prove if we're ST holders? Do they ask for any proof of who we are?

£60m debt. Sisu doubters proved correct

So to repeat what I said above, how can the £1.4m to ACL be written off, but not the £8.4m to ARVO?

£60m debt. Sisu doubters proved correct

I still don't understand why the debt (or some of it) isn't written off with the club now being in admin, in the same way that the debt to ACL has now been written off? They are both creditors on the balance sheet so what's the difference? Can anyone explain this?
  16. J

Official - we are in administration already

If they decide that the whole club is to be placed into admin and we get the points deduction, dosen't that mean that the £40+m creditor owed to SISU gets written off in the same way that the rent creditor did?

Sky Blues set to play home games at St. Andrews

I've had an away season ticket for 13 years, and missed about 5 away games in the last 22 years. If we play at St Andrews I won't be there. Does that make me shallow?
  18. J

How can the Club argue that the 2 Companies are not linked?

If i've understood this right, CCFC Ltd has been placed into admin and CCFC (Holdings) Ltd continues to trade. Looking at the info held by Companies House, CCFC Ltd's parent company is, yep you've guessed it CCFC (Holdings) Ltd. Fisher is a director of both companies. The trading address for...

    Brace yourself

Sky is successful because they can sell the rights to all of the sports they cover all over the world. They absolutely coin it from the football rights alone.
