    MK Dons Away

The reason the vast majority of us aren't going to Northampton is a protest at our club being moved out of it's city. Of course we CAN go to Sixfields, but we choose not to. In the last 10 days i've had a 6 hour journey to London on a friday night and a 250 round mile round trip to West...

Hull City problems buying freehold from council......

I did say it's not the same situation as us! I was making the point that someone in the media immediately drew attention to our situation, when talking about the Hull story.

Hull City problems buying freehold from council......

Interesting read: http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/Inability-buy-KC-Stadium-freehold-force-Hull-City/story-20065723-detail/story.html Not the same situation we have, but it was mentioned on the paper review on SSN this morning and the reviewer immediately drew attention to our situation with the...

    Only 500 sold for Bradford

Even though it's on TV and on a Sunday, I still think 500 tickets sold is really disappointing given the run we're on. For all the fans that are not going to Northampton, the away games are the only chance we have to attend and I would have hoped for a bare minimum of 1,000.

    Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Are any b shares out there, or did sisu swallow those up as well?

    A Question, What happens if...?

To be fair 95% of everything SISU have done makes no sense, why change now?

    A Question, What happens if...?

You're talking about 2 different things. AL and JS are supposed to be negotiationg a deal to buy the freehold i.e. bricks and mortar. The half share owned by the Higgs Trust is a half share of the 50 year lease, the other half of which is owned by the council. It's this that holds the key to...

Did City Lose their Database as well as the ground?

Dad had ST for over 40 years, I had ST for over 25 years, both had away ST's since 2000. Neither of us has had a single pre-season phone call asking us if we were renewing and not had a call since about any match day tickets. I do get e-mails now (didn't before the start of season) but dad...

    So what happens next ?

Well obviously not literally nothing, but in comparison to the actual worth of the thing they are trying to buy. You know like the amount the paid for the shares in CCFC? Anyone who thinks SISU will make an offer that is even remotely reasonable or acceptable is living in cloud cuckoo land.

    So what happens next ?

Fisher said at the SCG meeting last week that SISU's offer would be less than a tenth of the council's valuation.

    So what happens next ?

In all probability nothing happens next. SISU want the Ricoh for nothing and the council won't give it to them for less than market value.

    Question for All

My reason for not going to Sixfields is not really about NOPM, it's about my own protest at my club being moved 35 miles away from the city, when it could (and should) still be at the Ricoh. If we were to make the play-offs, I would watch the home leg on Sky, go to the away leg (if I can get a...

Excellent post, couldn't have worded it better myself.

Joy Seppala meeting at Ryton Report

Thanks for the update, just a couple of points I would raise: 1) The reason Shrewsburys ground took 12 months to build is because it's 4 sheds (also like Sixfields). Do we really want our new permanent home to be like this? 2) I'm sure JS would love to move back to the Ricoh on her terms, but...

More Misery for sisu: Result of poll of over 500 CCFC fans

Problem with these polls is it depends who you ask. There are 8 of us who all had season tickets and went to virtually every away game, 4 of us had away season tickets. all 8 of us are still doing all the away games but none of us will ever go to sixfields, so if we were polled it would be 100%...

    CCFC Chat

I don't know exactly where this office is, I buy away tickets by phoning the other teams ticket office and getting them direct from the other club, I just know that there is one for people to use if they prefer to, its somewhere on Foleshill Road I believe. But IMO the information should be to...
