Sorry been a bit triggered by some of the overly online Twitter libertarians today still holding onto the “government doesn’t need to do anything” mantra. Apologies. Yeah it should have been rationing from day one.

Yeah I appreciate that. While I know it’s not much comfort to the person who will still have to get them through exams next year and the years after that, I fully expect there to be very little expectation of high quality work produced before September at the earliest.
