it's not true that we can't stop criminals from the EU entering the country, we can. Obviously it's not happening and it should be but it can be stopped. I don't think anyone can deny that the open border policy makes it easier for this type of person to evade the law.

could you explain how it is "extreme left wing anarchy" or is that just more hyperbole? Getting rid of borders and easier transportation of goods is definitely not left wing, neither is anarchy. For what's it's worth I don't agree with it though I think losing the free movement of EU citizens...

i would say as someone who works in Birmingham, (and I appreciate this may have nothing to do with this incident), that they are by far the worse drivers I have encountered in the UK. Even the pedestrians are lethal.

I'm very surprised at some of the low marks for Shipley in the ratings thread. Went off the boil 2nd half but was very good in the first. As the OP says, someone is doing something right with the kids.
