Not really. Doctors/morticians/whatever are capable of diagnosing without tests for all kinds of things and AFAIK the tests aren’t 100% reliable anyway, especially if asymptomatic. And again, the exact cause of death for each person isn’t really relevant. It’s overall excess deaths.
