I suggest you forget all the incorrect facts you know about Onyeka and note where he does play. He can play anywhere in midfield and he does. So why did he play for them in the first half of the season but is now down the pecking list?

Dango Ouattara. They kept Onyeka as cover as they had another midfielder injured, but when he returned Onyeka ended up 4th choice and lucky to get on the bench. But IIRC he played in 9 games for them this season.

It isn't easy to bring in the quality players we are after without spending over the odds. We had to wait for Brentford to spend £35m on a player before Onyeka was seen as disposable. It is well worth waiting a few months from selling Sheaf and adding a couple of million to bring in the quality...
