when you go to buy online you get a seating plan and you can see which seats have been sold. there's blocks on the halfway line that are clearly taken by the club unless they've sold out a couple of blocks with no one buying tickets in the next block along which doesn't seem likely!

If you read it it's not quite that straightforward. Also says their ground was sold 3 years ago for £8m, so if rent on a stadium worth £8m is £300K then £400K for the Rioch would seem to be a bargain!
