    SCG last night ???

I suggest you read the minutes from the last couple of meetings and compare them to earlier meeting, there has been a huge change in tone which coincidentally coincides with the club taking control of what is released from the meetings and published by themselves. Prior to that we used to get...

    SCG last night ???

The whole tone of the SCG seems to have changed in recent months and from reading the minutes it now seems less about the fans point of view being put over and more a chance for Labovich to place the blame on anyone else he can and accuse people of all sorts of things.

Does Sisu need to attract new investors to build a stadium?

According to the rules this should have happened this season but the FL chose to ignore their own rules as usual. I imagine next season it will be scheduled so Northampton and us are at Sixfields on alternate Saturdays.

Damien Collins MP to mention City in parliament

Are you saying the land wouldn't have been available, as in it wouldn't have been cleared? We'll never know that for a fact one way or another. There's plenty of Tescos built next to nothing in particular so I don't think there not being a football stadium on the site would have been an issue.

Statement Issued By Sky Blue Trust

I don't have the emails to hand but I seem to recall them making it very clear that if they got involved in the new stadium group they would do so while being clear that they opposed a stadium outside Coventry. What do you suggest, that they ignore the wishes of their members?

I remember my Dad driving me to Cheylesmore shops after the cup final and there being people everywhere. Queued up with him to get a copy of the Pink and there was people running around celebrating, drivers honking their horns etc. Seems like a millions years ago now.

Statement Issued By Sky Blue Trust

It's very simple, the trust are the largest representative group of supporters and if they have a vote on something they go with the result rather than just doing what the handful of more active members and / or board members think. Not sure why that is viewed as a bad thing. This is the...

Didn't they already do that? Sure someone did and the FL weren't interested.

Sky Blues to block Wolves fans from buying up 'home' tickets for Sixfields game

Thinking about it anyone who's good at their job has probably gone elsewhere, such as Dan Walker and not been replaced so with a smaller staff and all the best staff gone this is the sort of mess we end up with.

I'm not sure Tesco think having a football stadium causing traffic jams on matchday is a plus point. The other stores and restaurants could still have happened without the stadium being built.

Statement Issued By Sky Blue Trust

The trust asked it's members to vote on if they should request to be involved, making it clear that being involved would not mean the trust was endorsing the club being located outside of the city and the members voted in favour so they requested a place on the committee and were rejected by...

Sky Blues to block Wolves fans from buying up 'home' tickets for Sixfields game

I'm aware that SISU aren't directly running things like this but why is everything to do with the club such a complete shambles.

If it's not being disputed that the council got Tesco to pay £54m for council owned land than it follows that it was the councils money and there's nothing to say they had to put it into the arena project. No reason they couldn't have sold the land to Tesco and not bothered building a new ground.

Statement Issued By Sky Blue Trust

Once it got to the point that the offers from ACL couldn't be reasonably rejected Fisher and Labovich started saying there's no way they could go back renting as they couldn't work with ACL. Don't really see why not, if the deal is on the table and you take it until the new stadium is ready...

ACL have already offered a 3 year deal, the rest of this season (offered before Xmas) and then the next two seasons.

For a PL game on Sky Sports you'd probably be looking at peak rate so around £10K + VAT for 30 seconds.

Full page in the Sun is over £50K + VAT from memory, you then get hit with other charges on top.

3 years with a possible extension to 5, under one of the FL's exemptions to their own rules.

Statement Issued By Sky Blue Trust

There is a FL rule saying you must have at least 10 years on your lease but I think ACL also offered a deal for the remainder of this year and the next two seasons taking us up to when our new ground is ready!

Statement Issued By Sky Blue Trust

Didn't ACL offer to subsidise the remainder of this season as SISU would have to pay compensation to Northampton if they left part way through a season?
