Did you copy and paste that from Joys piece in today's program? How does owning the ground give you anymore revenue than owning the lease? Given that the FL replied to that chap doing his Uni project that the majority of clubs don't own their own ground will we be seeing huge numbers of clubs...

And there's the problem in a nutshell. Any solution where they pay market value for anything is never going to get SISU their money back and lets face it they're never going to make millions off running a football club.
