    The Killing

May have spoken a little too soon. Just watched the final episode and it was a crock. Thought I'd better warn everyone. Blown the thing with the pointless 10 minute Hollywood-esque ending rather than just walking away and a most ridiculously played out scene with the mayor. Some great stuff...

Why was the thread "why we go to sixfields" closed

Surely we all just want to watch our team play football don't we?

Why was the thread "why we go to sixfields" closed

Is that a reason to close a thread on a football forum though? No-one is forcing anyone to read anything. We are all free thinkers and can choose what to read and what not to read can't we? Shouty and tedious should not be a reason to stop someone having free speech.

    The Killing

You still not watched all of Fargo? :o Get on it now! :) As for 24? I watched the series first time one week at a time, but sometime last year I watched all 8 series back to back. Took me 2 and a half weeks, but you get so much more immersed into it don't you and you're carried by the wave of...

    The Killing

Funny isn't it, just been checking the reviews for series 4 and they are on the whole, not good. First two series got much higher ratings, but I feel this final series is the best. Quite often critics and viewers don't agree and sometimes it is just down to people wanting dumb ass, brain dead...

Help required with dating a football

Well that's the way I read it too. I myself used to date a football. Got no kicks from it though and in the end I feel I let it down badly.

    The Killing

If you are going staright to series 4 though I would suggest you check this link with spoilers from series 3. http://www.ibtimes.com/killing-spoilers-what-happened-season-3-recap-season-4-premiere-netflix-1646212 If not, check out series 3 first perhaps. Series 3 is 12 episodes, series 4, just 6.

    The Killing

Well Fargo had the dark humour. Would say The Killing is just dark with little or no humour to be had whatsoever. If you go on Netflix, Wingy (204 on Virgin) the series and episodes are up there for you to watch whenever. Series 4 was released today and they have put all 6 episodes up there so...

    The Killing

I would give this 4th series a whirl Wingy. It has all the greyness and dullness, the blank back drops and the numbness and the emptiness. The atmosphere is electrifying and the performances for the two main leads, superb. Just on the second episode of series 4 now and I think this will be the...

Bet your missus has been saying that for years!

    The Killing

Yep, new story each series. It's on Netflix if you've got it. Only first 2 seasons related to that one story, series 3 and 4 have been completely new tales. I really like it. It really cranks up the tension and the music is brilliant too. Recommended.

    The Killing

Anyone else a fan? Talking about the US version here, rather than the original. New series just released today, exclusive to Netflix. I know it's had a bit of criticism from a few people for being slighly slow, but for me I just see it as brooding and atmospheric. It seems to have high ratings...

    #CarlBakerDay

For what it's worth, I liked Baker and thought he was a good player for us. Slightly sad that's he's going, but at the same time realise that we can't afford to keep him if he's our top earner. That's the football world we now find ourselves in unfortunately.

    #CarlBakerDay

Well, he's Baker and he's British and he's off. The only thing he's not is Great.

Instead of Carl Baker Day, why not just call it the Great British Baker Off!

Coventry pay to resurface Sixfields pitch as waggot predicts us playing there

You do see hundreds of fans though going down for food and drink with as much as 10 mins left of the first half. Why on earth would anyone do that?

Coventry pay to resurface Sixfields pitch as waggot predicts us playing there

Last time I ever bought food inside the ground has to be at least 20 years ago, It's poor quality and very expensive and I don't want to have to go down to the concourse with 8 mins of the first half left so I can get served first.

Coventry pay to resurface Sixfields pitch as waggot predicts us playing there

Yep. something that puzzles me too. Do people deliberately not eat before games so they can go and buy expensive bland food inside the ground and miss part of the match in having to do so? Baffling.

And do you agree that owners of football clubs should hang their heads in shame too?
