Making 8x what we paid on him would be excellent business if we can get a replacement. People say we need to upgrade the defence but then complain when we have to move people on. Seems a fair price to me and allows us to hopefully go and get players to suit FL.

Again that's a very simplistic understanding of football sorry. You can't sign unlimited players, we have signed replacements. If you aren't happy with them that's a different conversation but he has been replaced.

He's worth it if he scores 20 goals that gets us promoted which he has a history of doing in this league. But no I wouldn't sign him in this case as he doesn't suit the style of play.
