So would you say that every transfer on deadline day is for an inflated fee?

Personally I would rather miss out on a player no matter how good, than encourage those kind of deals. A) it could encourage the big selling clubs to try this more often, and B) it would take away a critical source of potential income for the smaller clubs. Just my opinion.
