i've come to the conclusion that you're a bit of an angry sort, Andreas.
Okay, forget about the quote form David Jason. That doesn't explain Roger Lloyd-Pack always being a dimwit, yet doing Checkov, Bennett and Shakespeare, does it!
It's a tough call this one Stu. There's a lot of ifs buts and maybes.
Think a new club would get a lot of support if CCFC stayed away and after say 3 years, still nothing was built.
For me, I would support a new club, but only until City came home.
It's Coventry City for me too, but if they stay away from Coventry, then they won't be Coventry anymore and I would back a new club at that point.
If a new team formed now as an altenative to CCFC and I knew the City be away for 5 years or more, I would follow them while supporting the City...
Yes, you're right. Same dimwit character.:thinking about: Especially when he did everything from Shakespeare to Alan Bennett to Anton Chekov. He was obviously a dimwit too on the Harry Potter film he did.
David Jason: "he was a very intelligent man and a very fine actor capable of many roles."...
Maybe an anagram of the 2 names.
The only one I can come up with is Sky Blues and Borough and that would be 'Knobbly Guardhouses.'
Love to be able to shout 'come on you Knobs' at a game.
Or maybe I already have done thinking about it.
The difference is that as it stands we are a Coventry team temporarily playing in Northampton. If it were to become permanent then that moves the goalposts completely.
A Nuneaton team playing in Coventry would be simply that. A Nuneaton team playing in Coventry.
Yeah Nick, they will just bolt it on and like magic it will suddenly appear.
6-9 months they suggest. Could be a large chunk of the season with a much reduced capacity.
Just sick of all the news, cos none of it ever seems to be good.
It's like it's your birthday every day and you're only getting the one present from your auntie and she keeps on buying you shitty jumpers.
Think the main concern Gint is that most of us think we could be away from Coventry for 5 years or longer.
Let's see just how much interest wanes if that ever happens.
