    Tim Fisher's logic?

There seems to be very little logic where Tim Fisher is concerned. Yep, that was odd about the Championship. Does make you wonder whether they didn't want us to go up. Might explain us signing Danny Swanson. Hopefully new revenues with Wasps will see the model work.

Still shaking my head at how weak and wishy washy Cov rugby were in all this. Was expecting total defiance, but what we got was a whimper. It made it so difficult. Cov rugby sort of shrugged their shoulders, us City fans were against it, Wasps fans didn't even seem to want to bother to come on...

Respect your thoughts NW. Think we could lose a few fans through this. If Sisu left though, I think we'd get quite a lot back too. For me it is all about the team and I was so proud last night to see 9 academy players shining out there on the pitch. I hope at least we will now be on a better...

That's fair enough OSB. Very honest answer and of course you are entitled to your opinion. Won't be an issue for me, because I don't watch rugby other than internationals on the tv and I don't feel any afinity to Wasps. If say Cov got to a really big game situation I might be tempted to go...

We're talking humans though and it will all soon be forgotten.

    Genuine question

Segregation is key. For football away and home fans have to be separated. With rugby they just bum each other, so can be huddled together.

    Lucas apologises

Saw the thread title and was expecting 'Lucas apologies for the Phantom Menace.'

As I said before, bad for Cov by the looks of it, very bad for Wasps fans, maybe okay for the City, but very good for the local economy. The gamble is whether or not the football club remains here or not. That goes and there will be an economic loss to the city.

Can't wait for the thread entitled 'the negative thread.' That should be fun.

'shuttle trains every 10 mins from Coventry Station directly to and from the Ricoh Arena.' That's nice to know. Be a big bonus having trains every 10 mins on match days.

    Its a shame

And that answer to that would obviously be, wasps. Or actually, as it is Marmite, some wasps.

Wonder what has happened to Rugby, rugby fans. They went bust didn't they? Wonder if they might follow Wasps. Looks like the new owners are counting on new paying customers from around these parts I would say.

Ah yes, but that was London Wasps. They've dropped the 'London' now, so that makes it all okay. ;)

After moaning about us going to Northampton and talking of the injustice of it all, I wouldn't have expected them to allow a team from 80 odd miles away move in as a franshise.

What's in it for them I would say would be that they want us here and probably need us here. They must know we need to prosper to stay here. Simple as that I would guess. Need to give us sweetners to make it a fruitful relationship and an ongoing one at that.

Think we have to now look for something else to protest about. We're not happy unless we're unhappy are we, so we need a new object of protest. I will suggest local bin collections. Bound sure to stir up a hornet's nest. Or should that bee a wasps nest?

Not about the anti-Sisu brigade though, Fergie. Think most of us want our club to own our stadium, or at least in part. All sides culpable in this. Sisu have been totally crap owners and the council should never have sold out to a franchise. Can argue all day long who is the shittiest, but...
