I understand that with the proximity of players to each other, a club could have an outbreak, but I suspect that the required number to field a team may be being manipulated by clubs saying players are injured where otherwise they would have played (lots of players carry small niggles that may...
Cov-id detected circa 24th? so if the day 6 or 7 thing counts re: LFT, then surely there is a possibility it can still go ahead (and presumably some of those affected will have been positive before then - unlikely all positive on the same date) I still think teams are being mischievous regarding...

Expecting 11k on Boxing Day v London Irish - there will be less. Await photos of sky blue seats.
Forecast cold, wettish - enjoy !
Unless you've got Sheikh Wonga as your owner, all clubs in The Championship are going to be vulnerable from either PL clubs or the handful still in receipt of PL parachute payments.
Agreed - we might have to let our league position suffer slightly for financial gain through prize money. Tough call, and potential firther drop in attendances if league for suffers (assuming crowds don't slump anyway?!!) Need a crystal ball.
No - £££££s - most likely will be a club that have just sold a player for big bucks (e.g. Blackburn if Brereton goes) or someone still getting parachute payments from the PL.
You say it as a bad thing ! If Fadz gets an extra year and O'Hare signs an extension I'll be very happy. Don't think the majority of the fanbase is expecting large squad rotation in the current climate.
Just had this thought - might it already be better to get knocked out of the FA Cup as early as possible/ (never thought I'd even entertain that idea) - on one hand need the prize money, on the other hand, don't want the extra fixtures. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
There's not enough spare time at the end of the season to enable a delay - what if they take a 4 week break and there is no improvement n cases? You'd then have teams with a ridiculous backlog - especially those who are already a game or two behind, Can't happen for that alone imo.
If the manager thinks his squad is being stretched, I would have thought it would be easy to add a player to the injured category (who would normally have played with a 'niggle') to get the game called off. Easy to 'manipulate' if you feel the need to? How often do we hear managers say that x...
I'd think it would be enough to have forecast relegation, rather than certain relegation!
Next we'll be upgrading it to definitely, certain relegation !
On a brighter note, provided our lot manage themselves, we ought to be in a strong position for facing Millwall (see below) who are likely to be 'suffering from 2nd game in 4 days, post Cov-id and possibly missing some players...
