    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

We haven’t restricted its use for any age groups. We’ve recommended other vaccines if possible, not the same thing. And again, age profiles and level of COVID are different on the continent. It’s chalk and cheese.

    Article about 2020/2021 home shirt

I think the CCM shirt is better, but not a better City kit cos it’s not sky blue if that makes sense.

    Article about 2020/2021 home shirt

Hummel are great. Kit is OK, not the best this season or last IMO, would’ve preferred the pattern to go all the way around. Not overjoyed with a betting sponsor but it is what it is in this division until they’re banned. Always a fan of retro throwbacks though.

    Hamer

So so far we’ve got Rangers bid for him, his missus wants to move to Glasgow, so he’s fallen out with Robins and refused to play RWB, is that right?

I think it’s fair to say whatever the particular straw for the latest troubles was, Brexit was already weighing down the camel.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Yeah I listened to the Arlene Foster R4 interview and it was all about that IRA funeral. Now that might be the cover story cos she loves Brexit, but it also seems to fit and explains the timing better than Brexit did it.

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

Women clot more anyway I think, been some talk of possible issues with the pill and clotting being exacerbated. The difference is the prevalence of the virus in the community. Those slides I posted explain it. In a low COVID environment the risks of COVID are slightly outweighed just in U30s...

If nothing else, I hope we fall over like we’ve been shot any time one of them comes within five feet of us.

More points than our last championship season

Yeah but no crowds say £10/head, what? 15k attendances? That’s £3.45m over a season (assuming iFollow is cancelled out by corporate and programs and whatever). O’Hare, Hamer and James alone are £1.5m/year according to rumours, there’s the £5m gone already. Id be very surprised if we didn’t...

    Championship Standard Players

Im giving Dabo the benefit of the doubt considering his injuries, same with Rose, but neither have shown anything other than flashes that suggest they’re up to the standard we need this season. Very few are TBF, Hamer in 2020? Yes, Hamer in 2021? No. Østigård not ours. Serious question marks...

More points than our last championship season

Maybe, though I’d be surprised. Depends what our wage bill is this year. Who have we sold this financial year? McCallum was last year.

Updated - Relegation run-in: all teams' fixtures in a table

Back room staff are employees and as we’ve found out if they’re that good they’re subject to the same pressures as players when you’re a club our size. Enjoy it, but the only way to make it permanent is to get on a higher level financially to protect you from losing people.

    Transfer Embargo

? The EFL haven’t submitted their accounts yet, unlike say Forest who have. So they have done exactly what he says in the tweet: taken advantage of the rule change.
