Not sure what you were doing, but as an example as a small business we used to have a finance lady that came in to do reconciliation and invoicing, paid her maybe £8k/year? Just replaced her with a Xero/Chargebee integration costing us nothing Modern billing, accounting, CRM, marketing, etc...
