Why is it always last minute with tickets? Surely they could have made a decision two weeks ago as to whether the card would be in place and got tickets out earlier rather than trying to cram everything into the last couple of days. Real amateur hour. (No I haven’t received my tickets)

Well it’s a policy choice to allow it to hit the poorest hardest. But what’s never mentioned here is the cost of inaction. We’ve wasted decades with this sort of argument already and the cost of action now is many multiples of what it would’ve been in the 90s. This is the sort of thing...
