    Orient look doomed

I don't think they will 'go easy on us' but that's not to say that they might not be quite so sharp after knowing they have done it and have been out celebrating. They won't go easy on us, but just maybe they won't quite be as focused as they should be (lots of crowd waving perhaps and a bit...

    Proschwitz

I took that, that he meant he doesn't milk it and just gets up, rather than he doesn't go down for free kicks. We all know he does go down easily. I tok that as Marcus saying that after he goes down he just tries to carry on. Dusts himself down and gets back up again.

They may will. I can't believe for a single second that the players aren't out celebrating this week leading up to Saturday's game. I believe we are in with a chance. Just wish we had a bleedin goalscorer though.

    Proschwitz

I don't think he did, did he, Nick? I thought he said that when he goes down after being fouled, he just gets up and gets on with it.

    Orient look doomed

If we are still 4 points ahead with 2 games to go, it's going to pretty much mean teams having to win their last 2 games to catch us. And as Clive Eakin said last night, it's not just the amount of points we are ahead, you also have to look at how many teams are below us. That's quite a number...

    Orient look doomed

There is also the thing that sometimes once top 6 teams know they have secured their play-off place and can't go up automatically, they take their foot off the pedal. Sheff Utd lost at Yeovil last night. They are pretty much guaranteed top 6.

    Orient look doomed

Colchester are doomed too, as they still have Swindon and Preston to play. You would also have to say that Notts County need to get something against Crawley this weekend, as their next game is against Preston. Looking at other fixtures I think we may already may end up just about be safe...

They haven't won in 3 games. I wonder who that last win of theirs was against. :(

    Proschwitz

Willis should only ever play full back again in times of dire need and if he ever does, TM should instruct him to not venture past the half way line. EVER! Good defender, absolutely rubbish going forwards. I thought Proschwitz worked hard last night, but he's a bit too lightweight I feel and...

So, looking like Blackpool, Millwall and Wigan coming down to League 1

I see Rotherham may be docked 3 points for fielding an ineligible player, so maybe, just maybe Millwall will escape and not be one of the 3 teams coming down. Suit us better perhaps if it were Rotherham coming down we think? Less likely to be challening in League 1 than Millwall?

    ***Relegation Thread***

Don' think we can underestimate the demoralising effect some of tonight's results will have had upon our relegation rivals. Colchester lost 6-0. Crawley lost 5-0 Also Orient lost 1-0 at home. Those first 2 results especially must be so soul destroying and hard to bounce back from for those sides.

Very, very true. And there is no way SP would have done what Mowbray did tonight and have 3 up front and bring on a winger for a defender etc.

City 19 shots - 11 on target. Oldham 2 shots - 1 on target. Got the feeling that had we had Dominc Samuel still playing for us we would have won very easily,

Hmm, not so sure. He falls over a lot for me and I also thought he wasn't quick thinking enough in the penalty box. Not the strongest either. I was thinking we wouldn't have scored if we had played all night.

Yep, Fleck playing well and Barton has been decent. Why oh why does Nouble always have to go for that one extra touch?

Final ball letting us down badly. Willis had 4 crosses from good positions , 2 of which were abysmal and another that was poor. Barton got in a great position just outside the box on the right and delivered a power puff ball across the box and,Nouble seems to want to beat his man at least an...
