That a minor photocopier manufacturer got the stadium designed purely for their increased exposure.
Boxes go behind the directors box, subs bench goes in front, cameras point at both, large blank wall good place for sponsors.
More likely RICOH put their name theRW because that’s where the cameras point IMO. Can you name any stadium that doesn’t have cameras pointed at the subs bench?
Also we aren’t back to normal yet from my experience. For a start lots of people are still WFH (and may always be) so road deaths for example, which is I think always high historically, will still be suppressed.
Im guessing this is down to how the stadium was built and can’t be changed now. Also TV companies love a long lingering shot of the subs bench or directors box so probably wouldn’t want it.
Added three solid permanent first teamers, two decent loans, a couple of decent backups and a wild card. All without breaking the bank, it’s about as good as we could hope with the budget, even if I’d have bought in fewer strikers and RWBs and more left sided defenders and prospects.
The backup right wingback we signed last year?
If Maatsen, Moore, McFadzean, Clarke-Salter, Sheaf, Hamer or O’Hare get injured who do we play?
And Dabo has had one injury that took 18 months to recover from, same as Rose.
You know they do this with every signing right? Here’s their one for Junior Brown, they always make out we’ve signed some world class player:Coventry City digest: Lowdown on new signing and Big Ron's thoughts
TBF when he signed for QPR he was described as a wing back/attacking fullback.
Still a weird signing. Won’t be cheap and plays where one of our best players does who is two years younger.
Trust in Robins but I can’t figure this out at all.
