He takes no nonsense which is the key, never had time for keeping 'legends' if they were not fitting the bill, likewise with players such as Malaga who did not fit the team and were not good enough. Top manager, lets hope we can keep him!!

very good point Otis, sadly I don't think we have any obvious 'class' to go out the door but we could lose our loanees for starters. Obviously the McG will be a major influencer on where we can make it.

I remember when we signed Cedric Roussel permanently after his fantastic form in his trial, then he turned out to be average afterwards! I am not saying we don't sign him as I think we should be a lot of players play out of their skin to get into the shop window then the foot comes off the gas...
