Exactly so the call should benefit the attacker IMO. It’s like speed cameras and the old “10% + 2” thing which I think was because of the tolerance in the cameras themselves. VAR shouldn’t be making calls that the tech can’t support.

This goes back to my whole “tiered membership” idea and knowing the avatars for different types of supporter. IMO there should be packages for fans like me who never go away but want to watch and go at home and packages for those who go religiously away and everyone in between.

I suspect the club looks at it from a narrow financial perspective in that the don’t make money away but do at home so use away tickets to incentivise season tickets sales rather than looking from a fan service perspective. I’d love to see any evidence that a significant number of people buy...

I’d like them to stop funding a club that clearly can’t support their spend ideally. I know it’s just a symptom of the game but the fact they get half out crowds but spend probably ten times as much pisses me off.

They should have an away priority membership instead of tying it to home attendance with season tickets. But even so 1,300 is less than our average away following so there was always going to be some missing out. A club at this level having an 11k stadium is a joke frankly.

They should do a load of away buses back straight from the car parks at the arena, would save a load of hassle as well. Could pre sell them as an additional fee when buying tickets so they know demand.

I’d much rather see offside technology invested in and mandated at this level than goal line tech or VAR. much higher rate of return. Linos can still decide if a player is active or whatever but the basic “was he offside” stuff would be taken away and fans would have more faith. Also offside...
