I'm not saying anyone's "to blame". We can always do our own style of Tier by closing to back 10/15/20 rows or so, depending on crowds. Personally, the JPT where everyone was in the East stand was good :)

With talk about improving atmosphere at the Ricoh, and just looking at Wembley, I think the Rioch would have been better with tiers. Close the top tiers for low gates, and still keep atmosphere close to the pitch. Anyone else's thoughts?

Yes, I suppose. But I don't see them winning it to be honest. The best scenario, is SISU/CCFC win the JR against Wasps, ownership changes over to CCFC, with Wasps as a tenant. I've also won the lottery twice today, scored 10 goals, and inherited 2 Lamborghinis.
