Are we wanting a Preston win today?

We'd be killing each other to get hold of tickets. I hope if we ever get to Wembley, we get a good allocation. Seems they only offer 45,000 or so for both clubs, not each....

Whatever happened to Coventry city centre?

When I come up from Bournemouth, I always go into town for a few beers etc. I don't think Coventry folk realise, the food is better in Cov, a pint is better etc. The food and beer in Bournemouth is usually shite and double the price.

Exactly, if it was OT, would be more difficult for Hull. They've scored twice, both offside, and rightly so. Think Hull will win, but West Ham will let them down. Mind you, if Newcastle draw, and Hull win, Hull stay up on GD. What a miss by Newcastle!

I think Hull will win, but West Ham will let Newcastle win.

    Investment rumour.

So the facilities will be similar to the Ricoh? I do agree we need revenue streams. However, I don't believe SISU will be building "The Ricoh II" with a casino, hotel etc.

    Investment rumour.

And how much revenue are you led to believe will be generated from the stadium?
  10. ccfc92

    Investment rumour.

I've asked you about viability. Anything's possible. It's also not just the cost of building, it's the revenue it would generate. Do you believe it would generate 365 days revenue that would support CCFC pushing for the top end of championship/ premier league?

    Investment rumour.

And have SISU provided details about said investment?

    Investment rumour.

To answer your question about the Ricoh's cost Grendel: Yet previous council taxpayer investment was nothing like the full £118m final cost of building the Ricoh, which opened in 2005. Costs were partly met from around £40m profit on a £59m sale of part of the land to Tesco; £21m borrowed money...

    Investment rumour.

So, how can you say you believe it to be viable?
  14. ccfc92

    Investment rumour.

That wasn't the question. I asked you the other day to provide your workings on a CCFC stadium outside Coventry being viable. You did not. I've now asked you again. Please provide accurate data to my question.

Ironic isn't it. And I don't believe the original post was moaning, but realistic.

Agreed. I'd also like the see where this 365 day revenue will come from.
