A signing this week of a forward/winger etc, would make a lot more people confident of the first 5 games IMO.

No, but you don't have to get rid of players, that no one wants to pay a fee for, to free up wages to enable you to sign the players you DO want?

What about loans, did we pay a % of their wages? All I'm saying is, we released players like Nouble etc. And only had several senior players on the books, clearing up a lot of wages. Whereas seasons gone by, we have to get rid of players (which was a struggle as no one wants them), to bring...

Really don't understand those that use history of PSFs etc to have confidence now. So what if we lost all PSFs nearly 30 years ago? Do we have the same players, staff or even club/stadium now? No. Completely irrelevant.

The main reason I'm disappointed with pre season is, in theory we practically had a clean budget this season. We had a £2.5 million budget. A lot of players left at the end of last season, so we only had so many contracted players here. My point being, surely there was plenty of room to...

Ah okay :) Do you feel that meat substitutes are any good? Personally, I can't imagine you get the same nutrients etc from Quorn products etc....? Just interested to know :)
