Labovitch calls for independent ACL valuation

Sorry to bother you. You said "it's happened" and I should be with you. Please clarify.

Labovitch calls for independent ACL valuation

Any chance of words in the form of answers? Please confirm what you meant by "it's happened". Has SISU dropped the JR and affirmed willingness to negotiate a way out of this impasse? Yes or no.

Labovitch calls for independent ACL valuation

ARVO? Investors? Joy SISU Capital? Debt clearance?

Labovitch calls for independent ACL valuation

Great. Has Simon reported it yet?. Let's have a drink to common sense and hope that SISU have seen the light. I trust that SISU are covering the council's legal costs as a "helpful negotiating tactic". Will now enjoy the "Relegationspiel" tonight - HSV Hamburg v Fürth - in probably the only...

Labovitch calls for independent ACL valuation

I don't think they can anyway ( reverse the CVA ), but they had just been ripped off by their anchor tennent. If you remember, CCFC Ltd. became a dormant property company, the players registrations vanished into another company ( we will never know how and when as they don't have to publish the...

Labovitch calls for independent ACL valuation

A no brainer. They don't need to offer talks on that basis. It is obvious that CCC cannot and will not negotiate with the JR looming and Joy having said that negotiations are a waste of time. SISU have to announce the dropping of the JR. - its their baby - and affirm that they are willing to...

Labovitch calls for independent ACL valuation

SISU's ACL valuation according to Deering in court is 0,00. joy wanted to, in effect, donate 2 Million. Any valuation above 0,00 would help ACL ;-)

Labovitch calls for independent ACL valuation

No. The crux of the matter is whether CCC acted unlawfully. That must be decided on the Information available at the time of the loan. SISU's commisioned valuation was at a later date and is invalid for that ( JR. ) purpose. It could therefore be released now. SISU own the valuation. This JR has...

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

In other words: Huge amounts of lawyers fees, time and resources squandered in the pursuit of a JR decision. A judge repeating that, as in the Higgs case, a lot of irrelevant Information being offered or demanded. With hindsight would it have been easier to continue with the purchase of the...

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

I will celebrate when the JR is over. Hopefully SISU lose. The main reason though is that it has become a distraction. The time, money and effort should have been spent on a new "Road Map". The last one failed largely because of lack of trust between the parties. Pursuing a JR that looks ever...

Question for OSB58 about CCFC accounts

Has anyone seen an election leaflet from Rob's "movement"? What is the strategy? What are people supposed to vote for? and why is a Tottenham fan standing for election on a CCFC ticket? Thanks in advance.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

It doesn't. The council is subject to public scrutiny and they are accountable to the voters who are not exclusively CCFC fans ( or rather CCFC is not the highest voter priority ). As a fan, I want the club to survive as a priority, but there are the interests of 315000 people to consider.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

I think you are confusing the club, which we all support, with a Hedge fund - which currently own the club. I want a solution which is good for the club - which may or may not be good for the current owners. The Club comes first.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

? Who's defending the Council at all costs? They seem to be doing that quite well themselves.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

If that is so, it is hardly inept, rather clever as in "standard business practice" or the accounts being sloppy, players registrations being with another company or "losing" the golden share at the right time and then finding it again.

trouble brewing - future football league sanctions?

Agee, but why does ML mention "the bank transfer mechanism" at all, especially when you can't comment on it? Hope that's not the next excuse coming up...

Reasons not to push for an independent mediator and/or arbitrator

Not a large business and not hundreds, but you're on the right track.

Reasons not to push for an independent mediator and/or arbitrator

No. SISU should assess the value themselves. How much are they losing by not having a share in ACL? Years at Sixfields or the cost and difficulties building a stadium. They were offered a price of 5,5 million. Two years back at the Ricoh as opposed to sixfields would cover that. The Higgs share...

Reasons not to push for an independent mediator and/or arbitrator

He is right about desperate people though. The latest crap from ml about wanting publication of an out of date valuation from Higgs is desperate. Talk about arbritation to fix a price is all crap. SISU should know what owning an ACL share is worth to them in order to get out of this mess. That...
