In the world we live in, a League 1 club cannot afford the Ricoh. We use it at most 25-26 Times a year. We need a second team playing there. If SISU had gone for a long-term lease and then got Wasps in as a tenant, I would be in favour of it. It would be well done SISU.

No. The reason being that, far from showing ambition, the P.i.T.S. stadium would be a step backwards and far from owning our own ground, we would be renting a ground from a SISU company in another town. We won't be getting any revenue from it - apart maybe from the few pies that will be sold...

Yes, as, but they can't mortgage the freehold or rip it down for another project. There will be safeguards written into the lease to cover the future use of the facilities. Which is why CCC don't do freeholds.
