There’s really not. Cycling in Coventry is taking your life in your hands for most of it. Compare Coventry to Utrecht in The Netherlands (both roughly the same population)

It’s chicken and egg mate. No one cycles cos there’s no infrastructure, there’s no infrastructure cos no one cycles.

I think we’ll go for last ditch geoengineering and it’s 50:50 whether that’ll work. I still think we should transition away from fossil fuels anyway. The modern tech is so much better and ultimately will be way cheaper.

What is Jack Burrough's best position?

Could be a real chance to make the U23 LWB slot his with Reid seemingly being used in the middle more.

What is Jack Burrough's best position?

Yeah me too, apparently the 9 but didn’t pass for the EFL.

Even if we do nothing to mitigate carbon emissions (which I think is both morally reprehensible and stupid strategy if you’re trying to move others) we’d have to spend trillions on flood defences, infrastructure upgrades, home retrofits, etc for the new climate. There’s no “do nothing” option...

What is Jack Burrough's best position?

Its a 7 man bench. You’re just allowed to use five from it.

We’re going to pay, probably with borrowing. And it’s a damn sight cheaper to do it now than at literally any point in the future.

Id add massive retrofit for houses too.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Potato potahto, we live in a binary democracy for all intents and purposes. By all means be pissed off with Labour, but come the GE you’re either voting for them or you’re enabling the Tories is the sad fact.

    Is he left footed then?

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

What’s the big concern with Truss? And that’s fair enough. But essentially choosing the Tories because you care about workers rights is a strange one. The fact is a government shouldn’t pick a side in an industrial dispute, but should support a workers right to withdraw their labour and...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

When did the left? TBH I think, and I think you agree, that it’s liberalism rather than being left wing that’s the issue. And on that both sides are the issue. I know I’ve pulled these out before but I think they say so much

    Transfer Shouts

Just saying there was a rumour, and of the two Panzo is more likely than Doyle just because of his age really. Agree it looks unlikely, but if Forest stay up and have several CBs ahead of him, I could see it.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I mean plasticity drops as you age IIRC, so accepting new ideas will always come harder the older you get. There’s three interesting psychology experiments that I think explain a lot of RW voting. Loss Aversion: Loss aversion - Wikipedia Basically humans worry more about losing something than...

    Jamie Allen (not that one)

I’d tell him it’s breach of contract and to piss off and find another club TBH.

Or, ya know, agitating https://www.vice.com/amp/en/article/dp9w3w/jeremy-corbyn-john-mcdonnell-interview-election-2015-labour-party-674 Answer me this: if everything the left has done has been perfect, why do they keep losing? At some point you’ve got to make an honest appraisal of your...

There was a slight rumour either Panzo or Doyle (probably Panzo) was a potential LTB wasn’t there?

    Transfer Shouts

I wonder if it’s because of the need to get rid of deadwood at the end of the season. If he thinks we can make some better perm signings in the summer after he’s cleared the decks it kinda makes sense. TBH I’m not against loans, every other team uses them, some to excellent effect. As long as...

    Match Thread Walsall Away (Hot)

Saying potentially four more after Adaramola, am I reading that right? Obviously that’s based on O’Hare going I’d assume. If so I’d like to restate my request for AM, CM, CB and a GK. Unless we can also get Waghorn out the door in which case get another AM in for the lasy one.
