    My evening with Mr Fisher

I'd imagine you can get plans for stadiums pretty much off the shelf and the time to do the actual building itself shouldn't be an issue. The problem is going to be the time it takes to get the land and get planning permission through. That's assuming they've got the finance in place.

ACL to allow CCFC Ltd to play for free!

what happens if we come out of admin and an agreement isn't reached by the time we get to our next home game? thats why for me ACL need to be more aggressive, issue a statement that once out of admin the rest of the season can be played on the same terms as the last 3 games that season whilst a...

I'd prefer a long term deal, can't be doing with it all kicking off again in 10 years time!

    Brandons owners reject SISU

is that picture photoshopped? never been to Brandon but on Google it looks like it's falling down, looks quite smart in that picture.

ACL to allow CCFC Ltd to play for free!

Can someone explain to me how, if this offer is only while in admin, it is up to Tim Fisher to accept or reject? Surely it's up to the administrator and once we've out of admin we're back to square 1 if SISU are in charge.

    Confirmed ACL in CET

PFA aren't going to stand for that I wouldn't have thought. If there's a CCFC in the FL next season they will expect players contracts to be honoured. The FL will have to do something to move the registrations and the share together. The issue will be what compensation SISU demand and if they...

ACL to allow CCFC Ltd to play for free!

don't see how we can submit accounts confirming its an ongoing business whilst in administration? Pomepy got round the rules as there's a minimum squad size, they loaned out the kids and refused to play them so they didn't count in their squad size. I think the minimum is 20 so until we drop...

ACL to allow CCFC Ltd to play for free!

If SISU don't get Ltd you have to think the FL and PFA are going to have to step in. You can't have a load of players stuck in limbo and you can't just terminate their contracts. The players will have to be moved over to Ltd, the issue will be what SISU want for that and what they will do if...

    Was osb there?

As you're helping the trust maybe CWR could setup having yourself and Tim on at the same time so you can give him a real grilling! Was it coincidence your company was engaged by The Alan Higgs Centre Trust or do you think they saw your posts on here first?

ACL to allow CCFC Ltd to play for free!

Can the administrator legally sign up to deals that will still be in place after he has gone? If so he could sort the rent issue and have that in place for whoever purchases Ltd.

    Mr. Fisher's comments

What the hell happened to him, he doesn't seem to have surfaced anywhere since he was at CCFC.

ACL to allow CCFC Ltd to play for free!

More details from Les Reid on twitter "Ricoh rent free offer doesn't exclude Holdings as "would be for administrator to decide."They confirm it's only if co in admin".

    Mr. Fisher's comments

Not every supporter is going to look through the law to find definitions of who is doing what. Fisher talks about her as if she is the owner and says she is hands on and he speaks to her everyday, why is he doing that if she has no say in anything?! It doesn't really matter what her role is or...

    Mr. Fisher's comments

Tim Fisher is the one who keeps saying she is now overseeing everything. If, as he claims, TF is nothing to do with SISU and and employee of Holdings and SISU, of which Joy is the head, are the owners (or at least managers of the funds which own) of Holdings then surely Joy is higher up the...

ACL to allow CCFC Ltd to play for free!

it's about time ACL started to get agressive and call SISUs bluff but to me they don't go far enough with this statement, if you read what is actually in it then more clarity is required. is it a solution for the whole season or is it just whilst in admin? If it's the whole season then the...

    Confirmed ACL in CET

Don't really see the point of owning 50% of ACL, think the club needs to own 100% and unless there's a plan to do that at some point all that's really happening is Higgs being moved out.

    Confirmed ACL in CET

Les Reid stated he had seen papers given to those voting on the loan that stated if they didn't approve the loan ACL would be insolvent.

ACL make a bid for CCFC Ltd

When I mentioned sell the club on I meant including the stadium. So ACL pick up CCFC, move the stadium ownership (if not the freehold at least the lease) to CCFC and sell it all off as one package. Higgs get their money back, the loan gets paid off, and depending on the buyer, the council gets...

    Mr. Fisher's comments

being private is fair enough but there comes a point where, if you're in charge of a business such as a football club in the state we're in, that you have to at least turn up once. not doing so can only make people suspicious.

    Forum tonight not on CWR

There was and he seemed to have a fair bit of cash as he was saying he would buy Fratton Park and pay off all the debts (albeit at the CVA reduced rate) on day 1. Most people down here thought he was in with Chanrai (the former owner) and being used to push up the price the trust paid but the...
