    Cancel the boycott

Well - for once I agree wholeheartedly with you. I can see why people get snubbed. I would think SISU would do some background checks on people they deal with. ( Pity they weren't so hot when they bought us ). I have looked at most of those sites and there are some pretty objectionable...

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

His response was quicker than usual, angry and not properly fact checked. I would say this points more to being rattled than to being cool, calm and collected. I would love to have heard the discussion between Joy and himself.

I confess to saying he was the best of a bad bunch. This may still be the truth judging by the competition.

The letter wasn't marked 'Private and Confidential' which gave SISU an excuse to nit pick. JS would have - probably- told TF of the contents with or without 'Private and Confidential' appearing on the envelope. The accounts didn't show when SISU checked- can happen. They should read the Trust's...

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

I answered that somewhere else. We complain about SISU handing in their accounts late, and then a fan group does the same. The fan group by it's nature has to be better than the bad owners it seeks to replace. If it does the same crap, then why do we need it?

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

If it had been an 'ok let's have a meeting' it would be all over the telegraph as well ( assuming Joy had allowed it to be announced). 'Joy in talks with the Trust' is also a good headline.

They were not offering to buy the club. They were asking for discussions about buying the club or someone buying the club ( in other words the club being sold - same thing). According to Tim they wanted to have control. You don't have to have large amounts of money if you have backers lined...

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

Is it breaking even? - wait until the accounts come out. If it is, and we are bottom of the league, then the structure is obviously wrong. If the aim is to replace that structure with a group seemingly with little or no working capital to cover shortfalls ( and as yet no sign of business acumen...

I certainly do, but it is no excuse for the Trust, if anything they are compelled to do things better.

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

Yes, but TF is using the 'JS decides on legal matters' as a convenient red herring - not just Wasps. So, we do need JS and we do need senior Wasps officials talking at their level. TF and Wasps in Cov cannot make a move without a higher intervention.

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

What I don't understand is - from what we know - is how the Trust can make an offer to discuss control of a multi million pound in running costs business, to a seasoned City investment fund owner and not have filed accounts, have a director of another club on board and not even mark their offer...

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

Just all the people who can make or break a deal. That includes Joy, TF and maybe one of more the Wasps people you named.

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

The talk was of all parties being involved - all parties include JS. She has the last say from CCFC's side whether TF says that or not. In his telephone conference he as much said that by saying he has no influence on the legal matters and says that there could be problems for the trust for even...

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

Hasn't that been tried before? Who is everyone? Joy - according to Tim - holds all the cards regarding the legal issues. She won't drop them and snubbed the Trust's ( somewhat amateurish attempt ) to get some form of discussion about future ownership. So, if she is immovable, what can we hope to...

Or 'The White Dragon' - was the flag of Mercia ( mind you, if they don't know Mercia they won't know the flag )

    Scg meeting notes from Thursday

Is TF right that the Trust haven't handed in their accounts for 3 years? If so, that is really unprofessional. As is not marking your letter as 'private and confidential'. Same as an advisor from another EFL director. If you are doing any business with SISU you have to be perfect - look at what...

Over a million in legal fees

I thought Rugby JS said he didn't want his Rugby club to be "rattling around in a big bowl" - or something similar. He refered to Darlington who are ( or maybe were? ) doing just that. That was when CCFC were talking about 15000. So, I don't know where Tim dragged the 25000 figure for the Butts...
