The way I read it ,it's down to the Football League

Very good points. I would add to this with the fact that it is Mr Appletons main duty/obligation to act in the best interests of all creditors. Therefore a deal with Haskell (with FL sanction) would also help to mitigate potentially £m's or even tens of millions of pounds worth of creditor...

    Statement from administrator

I read it slightly differently. "Administrator has received a kick up the ar5e and knows people are watching his moves very carefully therefore he makes a statement that may appease them"

    PWKH / Sky Blue Trust

i think the point is that the Administrator doesn't appear to be the one calling the shots.

    PWKH / Sky Blue Trust

This is an administration, not a receivership, therefore Appleton has a duty 'to act in the best interests of all creditors'' not just arvo (who may or may not have a valid secured claim in LTD). I just hope he is responding to all ACLs queries and concerns otherwise in my eyes he wouldn't be...

    Another Trust Statement

Inside track...you can't complain with the type of questions being raised by the trust. Many are valid and are questions a majority of supporters want answering. My one comment is that there are too many, they should focus everyone's minds on some of the key ones as a couple of them could...

    Financial Fair Play

If they aren't going to survive with the ticket sale income from the Ricoh, how they going to survive with half the crowd in another ground ?!

    A few more questions/thoughts

Exactly the point I have raised with someone this morning. if, as i understand the ARVO and other sisu related debts are only guarantors for Holdings debts these are not relevant/valid in the LTD administration. I am therefore not convinced that there are any justifiable creditors in LTD other...

8 weeks and golden share not found.

Ignore that. Just read the CT article. Theres a tax refund that will just about cover his fees

Tim Fisher rang me last night

He'll need to submit a conduct report on each of the directors (and theres a lot of them !!!!!) of the last 3 years within 6 months of his appointment. Will be very interesting reading but unfortunately remains confidential

8 weeks and golden share not found.

The fact is 1) He can only get paid if he realises assets in LTD...at the moment he is still questioning that he has control over any assets ! Bizarre 2) Fees are then agreed by creditors. Arvo if they are the only ones with an economic interest ie offer doesnt repay their debt in full. Or if...

    Ccfc for sale

If i understand the quote, first of all holdings would have to go bust ie holdings couldn't repay their debts, then they will have a claim in the Ltd administration. Looks like Appleton may have another job coming his way !!!

    court papers explained

I've not read all pages so apologies if this is repeating what someone else has said, however, why on earth would Yorkshire write off a substantial amount of debt when the asset in which they have security over is potentially worth significantly more than 14m ? I presume the debt was secured...

    Sales and players not leaving

Wood will always give 100% but prone to errors and didnt come cheap. Letting him go was the only sensible decision to make.

    Rip acl

I agree. Think of all of the additional weekend concert/event dates they could offer of the club wasnt playing there. I'm sure just a handful would generate more income than a ccfc season....even if we were paying rent !

Administrator denies he's concluded share was with limited

The administrator has a responsibility to all creditors. Yes the secured creditors get paid first but ultimately they need to a deal which is best for everyone. I've said before that actual money will have to be paid as the costs of the process will have to come out of the realistions as...

Trust meet administrator - statement coming

Agree with the above. The fact is if assets have been moved beyond the reach of creditors (acl), especially to a connected party, the transaction can be reversed. This also would not reflect well on all of the directors involved at the time.
