The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Lucky he isn't waiting for a reply from the British government as to the effects of Brexit and what Brexit actually means - apart from Brexit. That could take a century or two longer.

Does SISU know how to play that game? They valued the share at nothing, but were prepared to give Higgs money as it was a charity. Who valued the share for them? Were there consultants involved or did they just make that up?

According to Tony's link lawyers have duties to third parties and the public interest as well as their clients. And yes, it does seem as if he is making it up as he goes along.

Exactly what the judge said. SISU comparing apples with pears. Tim saying he wouldn't have taken the Wasps deal because of the outstanding loan should have ended SISUs line of argument. I would say that if goes further, someone should seriously question Rhodri as to why he allows his client...

E.g.: excessive litigation, where the solicitor fails to consider their other duties when following a client's wish to pursue aggressive and, in particular, speculative litigation I would have thought Joy's threat to tie the council in litigation if she didn't get her way would come under -...

If the aim was only to remain in court - presumably to annoy their opponents - then maybe Wasps or CCC or the court bring some action for wasting the court's time or malicious use of the court.

Legal is open to interpretation. In accordance with the Geneva convention? The UNO? And or EU law? British law? It will never be what I think you want. We trade with the world ( or did via the EU ) and that requires sticking to various laws if we want to trade. The laws probably won't fit in...

We need an EU wide solution to mass immigration to Europe. The population of the planet is increasing and the climate is changing. Britain is an island which makes life easier, but we have to accept that we will have to share the burden/ impact - good or bad.

Were not the deluded ones the ones who thought Corbyn's labour would be wiped out? As for delusional rantings, I suspect much of the Brexit bullshit will continue to be exposed as time goes on, and that things like "independence day" and a "knighthood for Farage", will turn out to have been...

What is illegally? People who enter the country illegally are, or should be repatriated. The same in Germany. The problem starts with the sheer volume of cases where people try to prove they are there legally. Then comes the problem of possibly sending them back to somewhere where they may be in...

Agree with that. Up until this day this continues. JS arriving at the court looking wrecked with unwashed straggly hair and Rohdri being asked basic questions- such as what are they actually complaining about -, Rohdri asking if the costs are with or without VAT, the case not properly prepared...

Who is them? How do you send people to a country they don't want to go to and who is no longer your EU partner?

It's Britain that wants control of it's borders. I think the French sentiment is ok, there you go, your back in Dover now. Enjoy.

Except the French see it differently and have talked about ending the bilateral agreement after Brexit.

It isn't faux admiration. It is simply a comparison between 2 hedge funds as regards marketing, sales, fund raising, not pissing everyone who they deal with off, achieving sporting success and so on. In fact it should be admired as the out of town Rugby club had a harder job than a 130 year old...

Poll: How long will Trump be President?

Farage: The controversial politician, who is a Fox News contributor, said the U.S. president has “very strong moral courage.” He added: “This guy believes he has a contact with the American people – he was elected on a ticket, on a manifesto, and come hell or high water he is going to deliver...

I thought a lot came to Germany recently and to Sweden. I was not referring to who wants to go where, but where are the people going to end up if they want to come to Britain, but are not stopped in France. The Calais problem becomes the Dover problem. Enjoy.
