Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Well I’m kinda hoping an owner who can afford to run the club would come forward and out the parts together themselves. Cos I’ve got no faith Sisu won’t just squat there like they are with the club and not progress anything.

If no one is out there, probably best to let it go to Sisu and hope they can sell it as a package deal TBH. But you’d have thought marketing the assets was part of the administrators job surely?

Depends. If we’re flying: keep everyone and I’d be happy. If not: We’ll likely sell O’Hare and Vik and get around £20m in. I’d get a couple of loans at AM and ST, and if a decent option is available a RCB RWB GK. Otherwise happy to wait until the summer and rebuild properly then when prices are...

Have you got that list? Here’s a paper on using stadia for urban regeneration: Urban Regeneration and Sports Stadiums It’s a fairly well accepted urban regeneration tool. But then you seem to think a library was the main bit so this might a bit beyond you.

What mandate does the government have if it’s abandoning its manifesto?

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

No you didn’t. You voted for a person who happened to tell you which party they belonged to. There is a chance you could have voted for a person with no party but couldn’t have voted for a party without a person. That’s PR.

No I mean the project as a whole was the start of regeneration, you can’t separate the two. To claim there’s been no regeneration is ludicrous.

Id argue he’s got the same problems TBF, lightweight, not good enough either defensively or offensively but tidy and puts a shift in.

Yeah but my point is Hamer and Sheaf have defined roles in the team. Eccles problem, which seems to be common for young CMs is he’s OK at everything but not really excelling at anything. You wouldn’t replace either with him not because of overall talent but because each are better at their jobs...

What is he supposed to be? Because if he’s a defensive minded CM he doesn’t break up play anything like enough and his pass percentage is poor. If he’s a Hamer style play maker he doesn’t create enough or move t ball quickly or forwards enough. Its a bit of a fix to compare his defensive stuff...

Indont think so. We’ve gone from 3412 to 5311, I think that’s made the biggest difference.
