From another thread @Sky Blue Pete , play this more on a match day, 'While the sky is blue - The Believers' Good memories for a lot of fans.

Nah we want 5th and Blunderland in the semi. Hamer can wait to waddle around at Wembley for the final.

Technique is Premier League, physique is a tubby child who lives at McDonald's.

That way is just by being better than everyone else. It's a cunning tactic.

2-1 Leeds. You can stop wanking over the Blunts now. Here's hoping Burnley kick on and get 2nd.

I don't think it's beyond reality at all. Blunts lose to Leeds tonight and there's 2 points between them and they still have to play each other at Turf Moor.

Rather Blunts 3rd than Burnley tbh.

While the sky is blue - The Believers

I agree, the nostalgia is strong. Maybe we should mention it to Pete next time he has a meeting to get this played more.

Match Thread Oxford United - Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 1st Mar

Everyone keeps saying this but its not really a thing that happens much any more, i can't even remember the last time a proper first team type player played in our u23s. I think Bassette who's first team but still very raw played one if memory serves and scored about 5 goals. Looking at the pace...

I agree, its more beneficial to have Paterson on the bench than 3 CMs.

Yeh i'm basing it on the fact its just what they tend to do. I'd like them to fall off though, they are a seriously dull football club.

I guess he means the new manager started well but now they haven't scored in 4 games and indeed, have only scored 1 goal in 6 games.

I think Norwich too, if Sargent stays fit. West Brom will probably stick around, even though they are way overrated by some on here. The others on that list, imo, will fall away.

Tbf people said that before Preston and we changed the formation as well as some individuals and looked better for the most part. Can afford to change 1 or 2 i think but wouldn't touch the defence for sure.

    Doug got it right

The goal posts keep getting moved further and further. Lampard will have failed if he hasn't turned us into European Champions within 3 seasons at this rate.

    Doug got it right

Lampard has not had the chance to work with Wright and no one knows what he plans to do with him. What I do know is I don't think Lampard will be particularly keen to drop EMC. I'm going to stick with my prediction from long ago that Wright will be tried on the right and see no obvious reason he...

All away games tough in this league. I'm sure we'll treat with the respect it deserves and fancy us to come away with a narrow win. Might even say 2-1 again.
