I bought some so called plain porridge oats this morning and just had to check. Surprisingly, 1% more sugars than in the sweetened variety. My muesli had even more, It’s the dried fruit that’s the problem with that.And I thought muesli was a healthier option😟

It is the anti additive lobby. They don’t believe that this stuff doesn’t get in to the milk and the extremists think it’s part of a Bill Gates conspiracy to reduce the world’s population - which would also reduce CO2 emissions. Probably the same people who don’t believe In COVID or are / were...
